The IT department of the Swedish Customs is the largest employer in northern Sweden within IT. Here, you will work on socially important assignments that contribute to streamlining the flow of goods in Sweden. Your role
As a requirements analyst at the Swedish Customs, you will work closely with the users of the business to gather requirements based on needs, in order to streamline customs handling in areas such as import, export, or collection. Here, you will have the opportunity to use your existing knowledge while deepening it in a warm and supportive environment. You will be involved from start to finish in the entire development process, giving you a good overall understanding.
This is your mission
- Gather requirements based on needs, both from the business and requirements coming from the EU
- Act as a bridge between IT and the business, meaning you can communicate with different stakeholders to ensure that our digital services meet the needs of the business
- Facilitate and lead requirement meetings and testing work

Are you the one we are looking for?
We are looking for someone who has:
- An academic education in IT or equivalent experience that we assess as comparable
- The ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English
We place great importance on personal suitability
- You are communicative, unpretentious, and a strong team player
- You have a drive and curiosity to constantly learn new things and improve work methods
- You are comfortable collaborating remotely as your colleagues are located all over Sweden
- For you, the Swedish Customs' values; Holistic view, Innovative thinking, Responsibility, are completely natural
It is meritorious if you have:
- Basic knowledge of UX methodology
